No, no, what is this? I don’t feel that way at all! The students in this video say that the teachers were just rushing with getting everybody out. – Like that’s a bad thing! But it’s totally not! It’s on the other hand very good! All of the students were out of the school in about ten minutes.  – And we are more than a thousand students. That is really GREAT work I tell you.

And our teacher made sure everyone was out of the classroom before he was. I don’t get these complains… I mean, are they trying to make us look bad or something? I would rather brag about how everyone at school handled this situation, ’cause we did handle it pretty well.

And, uhm, we DID gather. At the parking lot, remember? Where we’re always suppose to meet when stuff like these (fires etc.) happen? Don’t blame the teachers, blame yourself for not doing the thing that’s most logic.

ALSO! The students keep on complaining about that the teachers didn’t give them any information about the situation. Did it ever occur to you that they maybe didn’t know anything more than us? I even talked to the student president (who knew as much as us), and he said that the only people who knew about it was the police and the principal. The teachers were probably just told to get the students out as soon as possible, which they did! Ah, I SO want to make this clear in the media. Some students made a total wrong image of the situation!

April fools! Again. April 2, 2009

OK, not funny. The whole school massacre thing was a April fool after all (which I actually suggested at first). From another high school just across the river. The boy was 17. You really got us  (but seriously…)

http://www.vg.no/nyheter/innenriks/artikkel.php?artid=571370

What you see below is the threat mail.

mail

“I am going to kill as many as possible during the next 48 hours, it’s going to be a massacre and a blood bath at Glemmen high school in Fredrikstad.”

LATEST: It wasn’t an April fool. That was just a conclusion the media decided to take. It was, however, a “joke”. The class the “threat boy” is in, was learning about school massacres. They had just been watching “Bowling for Columbine”, and were told to do some research of the matter. So he tipsed a newspaper (through the web) about the massacre (see picture of the mail). And then just an hour later or something, it was all over the web about threats, bombings and evacuations. This was the point where the 17 year old boy realized what he’ve done. He didn’t think it would be taken as seriously as it did. I’m not taking his side here, to get that straight! But this is what I know from “an isider”.

And this is not another April fools. Right during math, we were told to get outside to parking lot. And when we did, we were told to go further from the school. Nobody knew anything, just some rumors about a bomb threat. More and more students came running from the school area. Some were scared, some upset. But mostly confused. The last one describes me. I didn’t understand anything. And on top of it all, I actually found it a bit exciting! I mean, we were just told to leave. Like, go home. And not come back tomorrow.

Right after school me and some friends went to the Apple Store downtown, and the news was already on the web! Like, the main news! What I felt about this? Cool. So for me, a threat of a school bombing is exciting and cool. That’s not good. But, hello, this is like the biggest news in Norway right now! Am I really THAT cold for feeling this way? I mean, no one got hurt and everyone’s okay, so who am I NOT to be excited?

Here are some links about the bomb threat:

Weekend sleepover January 25, 2009

This weekend, I had two of my best friends here. My parents are in Italy skiing, so they wanted me to sleep somewhere, or have someone to sleep here, while they were gone. So I had Tina and Elise as my company. From Thursday to Sunday, oh yes. Of course, we managed to sleep in on Friday, so we came one hour late to school (no wonder, when you’re up ’til three am). But I brought some coffee to the teacher (haha), so I hope it went okay.

After school on Friday, it was only Elise who accompanied me, cause Tina had to work and stuff. Elise and I didn’t do much. Really, not much at all. Practically nothing. We “slept on shift” (as we agreed to call it) on the couch, while we were watching Disney Channel (of all things). I think the only thing we actually watched through was The Cheetah Girls: One World. Oh yes, quality television, that’s how we like it.

On Saturday, Tina was back on track and ready for some more sleepover. But we didn’t have any candy (oh nooo!), so we first screwed around with the buses, but then finally got to the grocery store and bought about 2,2 pounds of candy (YAY!), took the bus one stop (lazy, yes?) and went home again. And then, creative as we are, we watched some TV while the chicken I had laid out on the kitchen bench were going from frozen to not frozen. We watched some marching band stuff on NRK and the end of Camp Rock on Disney Channel. Then the chicken was ready, and I made some chicken sandwiches (it’s a lot more complicated than it sounds like). After we had eaten, we had some fun (hush).

Sunday, Sunday, just another Sunday. We didn’t do anything, really. My guests took a shower one by one, Elise had to go for a family dinner, and Tina was picked up by her mother one hour later. As for me? I just cleaned my room and relaxed on the couch. Just let the Sunday be a Sunday, you know.

PS: I don’t have any pictures from this weekend, but you can check out elisevarga or tinachk and see if they maybe upload something.

I just played Bubble Trouble on sol.no, but it was hard to concentrate because of this little, jumping, annoying, stupid, red guy. KG LOOOOVES him.

Here’s a link to the Bubble Trouble game, play it (or just go to the site) and “find Willy”. Annoying Willy.

Oh my, all the last posts have been about Gossip Girl or the people in it. But this isn’t really about Gossip Girl. But it’s about some pictures from a photo shoot with Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf). Because we’re having this photo-task at school where we’re supposed to take a picture of a person. A portrait. And I immediately knew how I could solve it (because how we do it is up to us). And I really like these pictures:

It’s a bit better than this, you know:

_b2558411

(No offence to my lovely model Elise Varga, but you see the difference? (That picture, and among others, was not that serious, though, but anyway).)

I guess you’re pretty careless when it comes to what I wrote about in this post, cause it didn’t really have that much meaning, but the main reason why I posted this, was so I can get a quick accession to the inspiration-pictures (so I don’t have to google and stuff at school tomorrow). But I thought it would look a bit wierd with just two photos of Leighton Meester (especially after all my Gossip Girl-talk, you would probably think I don’t have anything else to write about. Which is kinda true, though… But anways!), so I thought I could explain why I posted them :)

Yes-yes, off you go.
